What can the TriggerFairy® fascia ball do?

 

The TriggerFairy® fascia ball releases your tensions naturally. It is perfect for a massage of trigger points, stuck fascia and tense muscles.

You can focus entirely on the massage, because thanks to the cotton bag with a long cord, you will manage to massage even hard-to-reach trigger points.

The fascia ball is made of cork, light and firm at the same time. Not only the contact on the skin is pleasant, but also the feeling that it is a renewable resource.

Application and effect

How strong should the pressure be during the massage?

We offer the fascia balls in a practical set with bag. Diameter: 6 cm, 4 cm and 2.5 cm

If you only want the big ball (6 cm), you can buy it separately.

Can I use the MassageFee cork ball to loosen my stuck fascia?

This is also possible because fascia is embedded in your muscles.

How do I find the trigger points?
