The spelt pillow fits perfectly with the TriggerFairy® Classic or also with the cork ball. First preheat the muscles, then specifically release the trigger points.

Application and effect
Warm the spelt pillow either in the oven or microwave.
Place the warm spelt pillow around the neck or on the muscle to be massaged.
After 9 – 10 min the muscles are well warmed up and therefore well supplied with blood.
By warming up before the massage, the muscles are more relaxed and the massage effects more intense.
